PRIVACY POLICYVoila Inc. ("we", "our", "us") built Fabday as a personal habit tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT1.1 Information you provide- Name: Optional. Used only to personalise your in-app greeting.
- Profile photo: Optional. Stored locally on your device only.
- Habit data: The habits you create, your progress, streaks, and notes. Stored locally on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, stored in your personal iCloud account — we cannot access this data.1.2 Information collected automatically- Analytics: We use PostHog and Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data (e.g. which screens are viewed, which features are used). This helps us improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports. These contain device type, OS version, and app version — no personal data.
- Purchase data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status linked to your Apple ID. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.1.3 Information we do NOT collect- We do not collect your email address (unless you contact us directly).
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not serve advertisements.
- We cannot access your habit data — it lives on your device and iCloud.2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION- To provide and improve the App's features and user experience.
- To understand how the App is used and diagnose technical issues.
- To manage your subscription and process purchases.
- To send push notifications you have opted into (e.g. habit reminders). You can disable these at any time in your device Settings.3. DATA SHARINGWe do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google) — crash reporting and backend services
- PostHog — anonymous analytics
- Mixpanel — anonymous analytics
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Apple — iCloud sync (if enabled), push notifications, App Store purchasesEach provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITYYour habit data is stored locally on your device using industry-standard encryption provided by iOS. If iCloud Sync is enabled, data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's security practices. We do not operate our own
servers to store your habit data.5. DATA RETENTIONYour local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App's data. Anonymous analytics data is retained by our analytics providers per their retention policies.6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACYFabday is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.7. YOUR RIGHTSDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data
